In addition to its commitment to formal graduate-level training, the MAM Program is initiating a professional development service that will provide working professionals with learning opportunities that are academically rigorous, that are structured to deliver training within the constraints of today's workday realities, and that are affordable for those working in the non-profit arts industry.

The MAM Program has established eSeminArts as its professional development service. eSeminarts will feature distributed education (distance learning) courses using CDrom/Web supported technology with real-time instructor support.
