The Institute for the Management of Creative Enterprises (IMCE) collaborates with several European institutions on training and research programs. In addition, IMCE is exploring training partnerships in the People's Republic of China, Central America, South America and Greece.

Bologna, Italy: GIOCA

Gestione e Innovazione delle Organizzazioni Culturali e Artistiche (GIOCA) - or Management and Development of Cultural and Artistic Organizations - is a graduate-level university program focusing on the management of cultural organizations, offered by the School of Economics at the University of Bologna (Italy) in partnership with IMCE at Carnegie Mellon. GIOCA's mission is the formation of a professional administrator well positioned to interact effectively with the artistic-cultural dimensions of an organization and with the knowledge to act decisively within the demands of the surrounding economic and social environements.

Turin, Italy: Fitzcarraldo Foundation / Turin Polytechnic School of Architecture and Environment

The Fitzcarraldo Foundation (Turin, Italy) is an independent center for planning, research, training and documentation on cultural, arts and media management, economics and policies, at the service of those who create, practice, take part in, produce, promote and support the arts and culture. IMCE and the Fitzcarraldo Foundation are partnering with the School of Architecture and Environment of the Turin Polytechnic Institute on a major training and research initiative designed to address the restoration, utilization and management of cultural heritage sites in the Piedmont region of Italy.
